Terms & Conditions

If you participate in our promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Viking Century ("V.C.")  and you acknowledge that you fulfill all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be legal residents of one of the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand.

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways. Viking Century may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. V.C may exclude any participants who are not able to provide us with such proof. Employees of Viking Century are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start and close on the dates specified on the V.C. website, and/or V.C. newsletter, and/or V.C. Instagram, and/or V.C. Facebook, and/or V.C. TikTok account. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaways announcement on the before-mentioned channels explains the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person.

THE WINNERS

The winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winners will be notified via V.C.’s official accounts by DM on Instagram and/or TikTok, and/or via email within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If any of the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, V.C. reserves the right to withdraw the prize from such a winner and pick a replacement winner. V.C.’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

 

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be the V.C. product as indicated in the Giveaway announcement. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, V.C. may disclose the winner's name and social media account name without additional approval being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram, and/or V.C. TikTok post, Instagram, and/or TikTok stories or the newsletter.

COMPLAINTS

Any complaints regarding the Giveaway shall be submitted to our official email address vikingcentury.info@gmail.com, within 4 weeks from the closing date of the Giveaway. Viking Century will handle complaints as soon as possible.

 

CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS

Viking Century reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
